It’s encrypted and built with security in mind, so your sensitive information is always protected.

Click the “Client Login” button on our website. Enter your email address and password, then click Log In.
If you’re a new client, we’ll send you an email invitation with a secure link to create your username and password. Make sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.

No worries! Click Forgot Password on the login screen, enter your email address, and follow the reset link sent to your inbox.

Uploading files to your Client Portal is easy. Once a file is uploaded, your accountant will get a notification. Here’s how:

You can upload most common file types—documents, spreadsheets, images, videos, and more—up to 5 GB each.
Documents: .doc, .docx, .pdf, .rtf, .txt, .odt
Spreadsheets: .xls, .xlsx, .xlsm, .csv, .ods
Presentations: .ppt, .pptx
Images: .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .bmp, .tif, .tiff, .heic, .jp2, .emf
Videos: .mov, .mp4, .mkv
Other: .eml, .msg, .htm, .html, .xod, .xps
Folders: Be sure to zip or compress folders before uploading. (Right-click the folder, choose Zip or Compress, then upload the zipped file.)
You can easily download or print any file uploaded by you or your accountant.
Your client portal makes signing documents quick and secure. When you get an eSign request, you’ll find it in your To-Do list. Just open the request, follow the prompts to review the document, add your signature, and submit.
In some cases, you may be asked to verify your identity with a few quick questions (called Knowledge-Based Authentication, or KBA). Don’t worry—if that doesn’t work, you can always print, sign, and re-upload the document instead. You might also receive a secure email link to eSign directly—same process, just a different starting point.
